Design of a building efficient extension in Barcelona for a foreign investor with the aim of creating community and neighborhood services.

SUSTAINABILE DESIGN IN BARCELONA
This efficient extension above an existing building is made of lightweight timber framing with
highly insulated facades and roofs, airtight spaces, low-emissive glass, dual-flow controlled ventilation and solar energy.
For these reasons, the energy efficiency result is A, the maximum rated in Spain.
