A unique home for each unique family

This Positive Home Barcelona new build has been designed around an entrance patio.
Also includes skylights close to the patio to give a connection feeling.
This creates an embracement feeling of the sorrounding natural ligth of the day area where the kitchen is the center that connects with the dinning and the livingroom. This is great for big family cooking parties and to welcome friends (check our staging of the living room below).

Master bedroom

We find the same embracing feeling upstairs in the master bedroom.
The sorrounding windows frame the 360 degrees landscape of this amazing scenery of Mont Roig del Camp.
Also with direct access to a private terrace with a wooden pergola.
Finally also has its own dressing room and bathroom.
The bathroom includes an isolated bathtub with views to the sea and private acces to the solarium terrace.
Imagine having a bath without guilt because all that water is recovered for irrigation?
