This green home renovation in Barcelona is the new home of Ale and Robert.

REMOTE DESIGN
We delivered the design remotely in less than 6 weeks.
Also delivered construction on time in 16 weeks with no site visits from clients.
(Our clients are busy people that travel and work abroad. They are not interested in getting
the dust and stress of a green renovation since they’ve done some other renovations before. They need
someone else to do hard work for them and we are SO happy to do that for them!).

VIRTUAL REALITY
This was doable thanks to our method using Virtual reality tours and photo reports weekly (check VIRTUAL Tour below).

GREEN HOME RENOVATION
This is a green renovation since we insulated ceilings and walls to keep comfort temperatures inside with less energy.
We installed very efficient machines and appliances.
We recycled existing wood windows and improved their thermal capabilities.
We used ecological paint and finally will change windows in phase 2.
