      \nBuilding a house takes time.
      \nFrom acquiring permits to completing the construction, the process can be lengthy.
      \nIf you’re on a tight timeline or need immediate accommodation, this option may not be suitable.
      \nIn some areas, big renovations goes within the same process, so renovating an existing house doesn’t mean saving time (that’s the case of Barcelona area in Spain).<\/li>\n
    3. Uncertain Challenges:<\/strong>
      \nBuilding a new house involves potential challenges such as unforeseen construction issues, changes in building regulations, or delays due to weather conditions.
