Well, at least for those architects that have a full compromise with doing something logical with the client&#8217;s need and the terrain type.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s the price?<\/strong><br \/>\nIn our Architecture studio, \u200b\u200bwe are offering the geotechnical survey in Catalonia during 2025 for \u20ac 795 + IVA tax under these conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>future building of 3 floors or \u200b\u200bless and less than 299m2<\/li>\n<li>flat piece of land T1, with easy access, clear of vegetation and 1m wide access everywhere with no steps<\/li>\n<li>plot without existing buildings<\/li>\n<li>in Catalonia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>My professional recommendation:<\/strong><br \/>\nBefore starting with the design phase of your future house, ask for the geotechnical survey and give it to your architect.<br \/>\nThen, the design of your house or building will be consistent with your pre-existing conditions.
