What&#8217;s the price \u20ac\/m2?<\/p>\n<p>Why is it the most recommended type of facade?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In this post we explain the types of facades and our recommendations.<br \/>\nIn case you still do not know us, let us introduce ourselves.<br \/>\nWe are <a href=\"https:\/\/era.archi\">ERA architects<\/a>, one of the young, committed and <a href=\"https:\/\/era.archi\">creative architecture studios in Barcelona<\/a>.<br \/>\nIn this post you can find our professional and simple explanation of ventilated facades and our recommendations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is a ventilated facade?<\/strong><br \/>\nIt is a constructive system consolidating its high quality, aesthetic possibilities and its great advantages of thermal and acoustic insulation.<\/p>\n<p>The ventilated facade system consists of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>inner base (wall or inner sheet)<\/li>\n<li>insulation (anchored panel or projected foam)<\/li>\n<li>ventilated camera<\/li>\n<li>outer sheet structure<\/li>\n<li>outer sheet (coating)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2550\" src=\"https:\/\/era.archi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/ac6da19fd9fd2e9620462674c3ad23d9.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"383\" srcset=\"https:\/\/era.archi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/ac6da19fd9fd2e9620462674c3ad23d9-200x153.jpg 200w, https:\/\/era.archi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/ac6da19fd9fd2e9620462674c3ad23d9-300x230.jpg 300w, https:\/\/era.archi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/ac6da19fd9fd2e9620462674c3ad23d9-400x306.jpg 400w, https:\/\/era.archi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/ac6da19fd9fd2e9620462674c3ad23d9.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>How does the ventilated facade\u00a0work?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The sun hits the outer leaf.<br \/>\nPart of the radiation is reflected.<br \/>\nPart of the radiation is absorbed by the outer leaf, which heats up and emits its heat inwards.<br \/>\nThe ventilated chamber causes the heat to rise and be in constant movement.<br \/>\nThus, this hot air, when moving, also takes with it part of the heat.<br \/>\nThe insulation makes it difficult for the remaining heat to pass inside.<\/p>\n<p>In winter, the insulation prevents the heat generated inside from escaping.<br \/>\nThe air chamber is more tempered than the outer face.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Price<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Attention!<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Prices shown here are only for the material without installation nor taxes (21%).<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Also mind that prices should be taken carefully since materials have diverse categories, qualities and prices also vary trough time and market.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>It can oscillate a lot according to the chosen external material. Not only for the price of this exterior material but also for the type of anchoring needed. If you weigh more you will need a sturdier and stainless steel anchor.
