DESIGN

Design process with 3 workshop sessions with you.

We deliver 1 final digital presentation including: plans (general and instals draft) , 3D views, passive house calculations, Virtual Reality model (walk through from computer, phone or tablet!) and total building cost estimation.

PERMITS & SHOPPING

In this phase we do three things: work in studio, help you choose materials with our personal shoppers and ask for permits.

The work in studio consists of: calculating the CLT structure, defining the passive house final model, define final plans according to your budget (from 2.000€/m2), draw construction plans for manufacturers.

May you already have an architect and permits, sorry we cannot really help you in this phase.

CONSTRUCTION

For a 250m2 house, we deliver construction in maximum 6 months.

Of course there are some conditions to that. This phase is like a ball dance. Nothing can stop the synchrony of a prefab construction. That means NO changes are allowed on site.

May you already have an architect and permits, sorry we cannot really help you in this phase.

Online SESSION

Ask anything you may need for your project. I’ll give you my professional feedback live.
After that session, we’ll send you a personalized email with specific advice, tips and links to help you on your project. May you contract the step 1 design services within the next 6 months, we’ll discount this first payment to the new service.

site VISIT

Need a site visit to your plot or building with a passive house architect professional?

No problem, let’s have a 30 minute face-to-face visit at your site located in the Barcelona area (province only).

Ask anything you may need for your project while we’re doing a visual inspection, taking pictures, measurements and other needed data.

After that session, we’ll write a pros-and-cons not-official report and send you a personalised email with specific advice, tips, links and recommendations on the next moves you’d need to make. May you contract the step 1 design services within the next 6 months, we’ll discount this first payment to the new service.
