Our professional recommendation:
Ask your architect to prove how these item list is solved on your positive house design before you even start construction.
We’ve had so many clients coming from other architects with projects ‘supposed to be sustainable’ when it was too late.
They usually already have the permits and ready to start building, but of course they have to re-do the design to make it sustainable for real and then loosing 1 or 2 months on the way.
